Well I came across a deal on a Ramhammer CAI that I just could not pass up.I just installed it last night,so I haven't had a chance to put too many miles on it yet,but still it is impressive.

Are there any members here that have one and if so did you use the mounting spring/eyebolt that came with the kit?I can hear the spring bouncing occasionally and wonder why they did not make a solid type bracket.This thing definitely has some weight to it.

 

Okay,I came up with my own bracket design.It bolts to the engine bay and pushes the intake against the wheelwell liner.I will get photos of it installed if anyone else needs them.
