Default rear drive shaft replacement??'s

OK I am looking for help, I have heard that there is a one piece drive shaft that is a direct fit/drop in to replace the 2 piece shaft I have on my truck
an 06 2500 quad cab, 8 ft bed, gas auto.
reason I am asking is, I need to replace all the rear drive shaft u joints and also the center carrier bearing, and was thinking, if I can just replace the whole shaft with a one piece one, maybe that's a better way to go?
as I was also told, that doing this mod will get me better stronger joints, and also will be drop in Splicer's as the current one's are AAM joints and there NOT cheap, 108 bucks each at my dealer? and need 3 plus a center carrier bearing, that's 525 bucks total for all at my dealership??
and last that this mod helps gain a LITTLE MPG too, so seems like a win win, IF its a drop in part number my dealer can get me
I spent a good hr plus at the dealer today, and they had NO idea what I was talking about and looked in a bunch of catalogs and online and couldn't find anything?
SO does anyone know what part number this one piece shaft is? or what the mod will require
does the carrier bearing have to be cut off the truck, to allow room for a one piece shaft??
any and all help would be appreciated, as I need to do this SOON, as one U joint is going out as of right now??
thanks

have either of you done the swap to the one piece shaft?
I wonder about the carrier ebring mounts will they have to be cut off?

also, is theer any more wear and tear on U joints with MAYBE mroe angle?
and what about loss of ground clearance?
I don't off road much, but do get into a lot of deeper snow, so just looking for idea's
as I have to think a one piece shaft will be lower ing the ground clearance some??

and if anyone did this swap, any pro's or con's??
its an all stock truck, so not worried about hp strength issue's really, as its a Hemi, its not power house as it is! LOL
Thanks again for the linkl, will be looking more iinto that as well
but wouldn't mind hearing from folsk that actually did the swap

and as for the dealer near me, well, I price shopped 2 more dealer's and they were all higher for the parts LOL
one did offer to install all parts for a 100 bucks<
which to me isn't so bad as its like 22 degree's here and I have no garage, so?? LOL
