Default unknown electrical problem

So whenever driving in blowing snow I tend to lose power at times. My voltage gauge goes down lights dim for a second then goes to normal. It only does it when the snow is blowing pretty good and kicking up off the road. Is it issues with my belt or possibly start of alternator problems. Please help

battery terminals, dirty. Loose...serpentine belt, belt tensioner.
what about Rain??

unless your truck has very High Mileage... not the alternator.
my opinion.

Doesn't do it in rain, only if hit large water hole. Has 125,000 miles. Was thinking it was the belt or tensioner myself

The snow and heavy water is floating the belt. Is your skid plate/s missing ?

I was about to say the same thing... time to replace the belt and tensioner... that should solve your problem, if it doesn't then your Alternator may be the culprit.
