Default $250-$330 to Spend!

I know their is a post similar to this one, but I am in the same kind of boat.
I have a 2005 reg cab,black 6 speed, factory everything so far-BLACK.
I havent done any mods on it as of yet and I just got a bonus from my job and ive been wanting to get something done to my truck.

I was gonna post a poll but I want some in depth answers if that is ok.
I posted a pic a while back,id post again, but im at work and dont have the pics.

Here is what ive been thinking--

I have a 10' Pioneer that I have in a thunderbox that I had in my old Ranger and was thinking of getting that installed along with a new head unit and some speakers as one option. Does anyone know if the factory CD player will support a woofer and new speakers? And if not,can someone suggest a good head unit within reasonable price range?

I have the factory 17' chrome wheels and wanted to upgrade but know that will be way over $300 and wanted to get some black rims to black out my truck.

Was thinking side bars, but was going to hold out until I decided to get black rims to keep the blacked out look going.

Maybe a ******* cover and pay some out of pocket money for the hard cover to paint match.

Maybe some aftermarket power locks and windows as I have manual right now?

Im so torn but i know i wanna spend some cash to update this Ram!!

Any suggestions or opinions would be greatly appreciated!!

You can get an amp that accepts speaker-level inputs. Many amps have this feature, and allow you to tap into the speaker wire rather than pull out your head unit, although that isn't all that difficult either.
