hey there, can't help ya with your question, but I hear most people here seem to like the K&N. I was looking on the Mopar site and found that they also make a CAI for the 05 Hemi. Anyone out here know anything about it? And I was also wondering how you like your Magnaflow? I'm looking to do a catback myself, I want the performance, but don't want it to be too loud. What do you think so far?

I have the Airaid CAI and I love it. I had a K&N in my old truck and really didn't really notice much difference other than sound. I have also heard good things about the Mopar CAI.

I like the magna flow alot, people tell me it sounds great from the outside
and is not as loud as the flowmaster on the inside. I like it mostly because
it lets me know when I have my foot into it...lol I'm getting 1-2 mpg better
so far.......If you put it on cruise control the sound in the cab is minimal
and also helps save fuel.....Good luck!

TripleR,
I am interested to know more about your exhaust setup. Which magnaflow muffler do you have? What size pipes running out? Did you put a new y-pipe, converters, or headers also? I want duals on mine, but I dont want it super loud inside the cab like my old 40 series si/do flowmasters. Thanks.
