Default Heat Issues, please help

The heat on the passenger side of my truck is coming out nice and hot but the heat on my driver side is cold. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Common problem. Do a search for blend door failures

It's a ridiculously common problem. I'd wager the percentage of trucks that will experience the problem approaches 100% the more time passes.

Ive had the problem, what i did was disconnect the 2 heater hoses from the heater core at the firewall and back flushed the heater core with a water hose a couple times, then i used compressed air to get as much of the tap water out of the core that i used to backflushed and i had heat on both sides again. Some people swap the heater hoses around and let it flow backwards through the heater core due to partially clogging up heater core.

Today i backflushed my heater core again due to insufficient heat coming out on the driver side (70 degrees driver side / 100 degree passenger side) and then i poured distilled water through a hose connected to the core to flush out all the tap water. After that i hooked the heater hoses back to the core, but i hooked them up backwards so it can flow backwards through the core. Now i have 150 degree heat on both side, nice a crispy.
