Default 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab trouble codes

Ok guys, I am relatively new to Dodge and new to this site. I have a '06 Mega Cab 1500 with the 5.7 hemi. Lately, when it is cold, the engine turns over really hard and then about after ten minutes of driving the truck starts spitting and sputtering and shuts off. It does it fairly often now. When I check the codes by switching the key on and off three times, it shows three codes: P0344 - camshaft position sensor, P0339 - crankshaft position sensor and P061c - ETC level 2 RPM.

I do live in Wisconsin and it has been pretty cold. I do plug it in but it still acts up. The truck has 117k on it and I bought it with 96k on it. No tune up has been done on it as far as I know. Will a tune up help? I have replaced the camshaft position sensor and still doesn't help. Will a bad battery make the truck act like this? Let me know what you think...

While IDK if a tune up would help, it certainly will not hurt for never being done and having that kind of mileage. I would certainly start there.
