Default 03 Hemi Help With Codes Please!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this forum, but I really need some help. I've done a lot of research on the web and I'm still a little confused. My 03 hemi 1500 will not hardly run. I was driving home from work and it started spitting and sputtering all of the sudden. I pulled over and that's where it has been since last week. The truck will not run unless you press the gas and then it barely runs. The codes are: p2016 ETC System - Forced Limited Power (2 times displayed on scanner), p2111 ETC System - Stuck Open, p0222 TP Sensor #2 Circuit Low, p0123 TPS Voltage High. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I cleaned the TB and tried another TB on it. Nothing has helped! I need help PLEASE!

No, It was one off of a 03 just like mine, but it looked really clean. I put it on my truck and it didn't help. I put his TB back on his truck again and it worked fine. I noticed that my TB sensor pigtail does not have power to it when the key is on or the truck is running.

The battery had some corrosion, but I cleaned the terminals. I believe the battery was fine before this happened. It would be a little sluggish on very cold mornings, but it would still crank.

Bad grounds, weak batteries cause alll kind of issues on computer controlled vehicles.

Ya I will have the battery checked, but that still doesn't explain why the pigtail to the TB sensor doesn't have any power to it.

I checked the codes by flipping the switch 3 times and these codes were present: p2106, p0129, P0112, p0113, p1618, p0123, p0222, p2111, p2106

Change the fuel filter and check the fuel pressure.... Fuel pump might be weak.
