2004 Ram 1500 EGR Issues
I have a 2004 1500 with the 5.7l and I'm on my 2nd EGR this year. Looking for a little direction on what to check next:
1st Round: P0403, P0404; replaced valve, cleaned air tube
2nd Round: 3 months done 3 month after 1st valve showed issues, P0403 and P0404; replaced valve and cleaned air tube.
3rd Round: P0403, P0404 and P0406, no idle issues, no running issues, air tube free to flow, still clean on inspection.
The plug seems ok, all contacts appear to be in position, resistance across harness seems to be in spec.
Any thoughts would be appreciated for one last attempt before bringing it in. Each time I've had EGR codes the truck has always run fine with no issues or indications.
Thanks, Andrew
