Default taken cat off

Is it true that taking cat of give better perform and mpg and if you run straight pipe what do you do about the o2 sensor so lights won't come on and then does it need tuned up after that

cats became mandatory in 1976... MANDATORY

do you understand how fuel injection works in a production car/truck

limp home mode!!!!!. do not mean it runs well.

Also to mention. The work and parts you have to buy out weigh the gains you'll get from it!

The cats on your truck are high flow cats. What that means is, if you take them off. You aren't going to see any gains. Not to mention you need a tuner.

I better of with long tubes with or with out cats??? What would I have to by and how would you get around the o2/sensor

so you know.. if a professional tells you how... and the epa police stop you... they could also get into trouble..

and possibly there job. just saying.

that is how much you are asking. and for FREE.

take the truck to a race shop... they make racing cats... and a reprogrammer.
