Default Front park light weird problem

Ok, so I was adjusting my headlights and noticed my passenger front park light wasn't working. Then I go out and unlock the truck with the remote key fob and see both park lights flash. Why will it work when flashing during unlocking but not with the headlights on? Driver side works just fine.

Pretty certain it's a double element bulb.

It could be a shot wiring or fuse.

So, what does that mean? Could still be the bulb?

Yep. One element is the parking light, one is for the blinker/hazard light.

Pretty sure the blinker flashes with the 'Lock' feature, meaning the parking light side(element) is out.
