Generally you'd want to see each cylinder wearing at about the same rate, keeping within about 15%

Cylinders 1 and 7 are a tad low compared to the rest of the engine. Any lower on those two and you may start to notice a misfire.

I changed the plugs a few weeks ago when I was having a major misfire with fault codes. I have still been having a slight misfire but it comes and goes and from what I can tell only comes under heavy acceleration.

I also had an overheating problem recently.

Just trying to see if I am heading for the worst case scenario.

Well, you're certainly heading for a scenario, but not necessarily worst case. You may have popped the head gasket when it overheated. Do a search on this forum for 4.7 overheat and you'll find a lot of resources. They don't take kindly to overheating.
