Compression Test Results, Advice please
2002 Ram, 4.7L
184,000 Miles
Cylinder #
1- 115
2- 135
3-130
4- 130
5- 120
6- 125
7- 115
8- 130
The test was conducted dry and with wide open throttle
Wet test of Cylinders 1 and 2 only
1- 135
2 - 142 (roughly)
Any input on these numbers would be appreciated.

Generally you'd want to see each cylinder wearing at about the same rate, keeping within about 15%
Cylinders 1 and 7 are a tad low compared to the rest of the engine. Any lower on those two and you may start to notice a misfire.

I changed the plugs a few weeks ago when I was having a major misfire with fault codes. I have still been having a slight misfire but it comes and goes and from what I can tell only comes under heavy acceleration.
I also had an overheating problem recently.
Just trying to see if I am heading for the worst case scenario.
