Default Heater/ac problem

Today i was installing an LED strip to illuminate my cup holders, and when testing on one of the accessory wires everything worked, but when i out the quick splice on they didnt... i changed wires and got everything working. When driving to class i noticed that it was blowing ice cold air and wouldent let me change where it was blowing norv press either button and have it do anything... it's a cold bitch here in PA and dont want the AC blowing constantly... any help is appreciated!!

Also just realized The brake and abs lights are on, also speedo not reading... ahh! Help!!

Disconnect everything you installed and go check your fuses.
