Yeah it's for sure a lifter hanging up or collapsed I think I started it this morning and it did it for about 5 seconds and stopped doing it, anyone ever did lifters on a 5.7 hemi?

The lifters in your truck are rollers, I would suggest running several loads of seafoam through the crankcase first before you decide to pull it apart unless your REALLY looking for a good excuse to cam it. If you've been running Dino oil through for its lifetime, more likely than not, you've got a plug port on one of the lifters and you may get lucky and clean it out. Either way, if you do decide to pull it apart, if you flush it well, the cleanup won't be as bad.
I think I would at least pull the valve covers off just to make sure its not a valve spring letting go, or something stupid strange happening with the valve train.

Thanks everyone for the help appreciate it a lot, I think I'm gonna try seafoam and run it thru the case and see if there's dirt or something holding that lifter up, maybe run a thing of Lucas thru the oil as well, I have a appointment at the dealer here in town tomorrow morning, not sure what they are gonna do but said they will figure it out for me since I don't have much free Time of my own, I'll keep this post updated when I find out what's going on, if anyone has nah more suggestions please let me know, and if it has to come apart I'd like some ideas on a decent proformance cam and other goodies thanks
