Yeah, guess they finally got me and my entitlement mentality. I stop in and overpay for parts from time to time instead of ordering from ebay or wherever I can get it cheapest. That being said, I could just have easily ordered an actual mopar remote and paid about 15 -20% of what I gave the stealer, and then just paid them for programming. But, I guess my entitlement mentality made me decide to keep my dollars in my local area, x3... I don't give 1/2 a damn weather parts and service are separate departments. Personally if someone comes into my business and pays my mark up of 300% for a product, you can rest assured that I will incur the much discounted rate I'll receive of my neighboring deptartments cost of activating that equipment, and Keep that sucker coming back every time. Entitlement????? Yeah. almost as entitled as you. I have the deepest sympathies for the poor men and women who are back there flagging hours for the stealers. I've been on both sides of that desk, and trust me, it's not just the customers that get screwed. So, keep on little buddy. that fat cat at the front handing out tickets is depending on you. He's entitled to those deep pockets, and he's depending on you to keep making them fatter.
