Are you referring to a automatic car wash with the brushes and swinging cloth scrubber things? If so shame on you.

The autowash should be able to tell you if its safe or not. Most washes will not warrenty any non stock part. I know these places are convienant(sp) but they are SO HARD on your finish. I ran my new truck through a so called touchless wash do to a pinch situation and it scratched the hell out of my rearview mirror glass. In the future I'll pay the extra for a handwash if Im not able to do it myself
The matte black finish looks cool when new, but I've found that it is not waterspot friendly and is a *itch to keep looking good. If your only option is having the truck washed by someone else, I'd say pay the extra couple bucks for handwashing. (In California there isn't a significant difference in price from drive through and handwashing.) Recently I've tried several new Meguiars products including "back to black" (or something close to that) and was sadly dissapointed to find a greasy residue similar to the original Armorall that attracts dust and road grime like a magnet. If you do get it home clean, whip it home, into the garage, and give the paint a good waxing with Meguiar's "high-Tech" wax (purple bottle). There are several variations of this wax, and so far I am very impressed with the results on how it keeps the truck looking clean without the buildup you get from some of the other (almost 100) products I've used over the years. As for the spoiler, I haven't found anything that works very well besides good old fashioned soap and water with a thorough rinse.
