Default back in a dodge

Hey guys, just wanted to say i'm new to this side of the forum. I just got a 2006 Ram 1500 SLT quad cab, 4wd, automatic, 4.7L, 124,353 miles. I'm still in the research phase to see what i need to be looking for as far as typical things to go wrong, for example it looks like these engines like to blow head gaskets? Anything i can do to prevent that is great. Eventually i plan on doing a 2" lift but for now just leaving it alone. It has no mods, completely stock. I'll post a pic as soon as i can.

According to the carfax it had a full service done at a dodge dealership in 2013, it listed probably every fluid possible plus brakes and a few extra things
