Default Fluctuating idle in drive then dies when shifting to park

So Here it goes
2003 1500 slt 4X2 4.7

No Codes thrown-

Codes pending

P0700 trans control system malfunction

P0562 system voltage low

So the truck runs fine but at a stop the idle goes up and down. When putting it into park it stalls/dies

Had the battery tested and it was bad so I replaced it. I went on a road trip and everything was normal. On the way home the problem came back.
New plugs two weeks ago prior to the new battery. 160K on the truck. I am thinking maybe a trans shift sensor or syleniod? Maybe an idle sensor. tps or shift sensor? Not sure. Any help or input would be really great. Thanks everyone.

I think you should diagnose the P0562 before worrying about the P0700. Assuming it still cranks fine then the battery and charging system should be good so you need to check for high resistance to the PCM from the fuse block. You need a special electrical test tool for testing at the PCM so taking it the dealership for a diagnostic of the P0562 code might be your best bet. The Dodge Rams are known for Fuse Block going bad too.
