Default Radiator leak

The radiator in my 08 1500 hemi sprung a leak. Mechanic said the type can not be fixed...must be replaced. It seems pretty simple so I am planning on doing myself.
Questions:
There are a ton of makes/prices. Is there a brand that you recommend?
After install, does new rad need to be flushed or just filled?
Cheers!

Also..I recently topped off my radiator using green fluid. There was orange in it but auto parts guy said could mix. Is it possible this caused the leak?

No. The tanks are plastic, with a metal ring and o ring. Sometimes you can tap the tabs on the metal ring. It tightens it enough to stop the leak. Mine lasted another 2 yrs.

It is not leaking from the seams. Fine stream from upper, center, front
