Unhappy Help! Track bar problems!!

Hey guys and gals!! Been reading up on site for a while now but this is my first post. I was laid off of few years ago and am just now recovering to the point that I can spend a few dollars. During this time my '05 3/4 ton Cummins was deprived of major maintenance. Most of the problems I am capable of repairing/replacing myself. But this has me stumped. The frame side mounting location (drivers side) of my track bar has an elongated hole. Is there a proper fix for this? (Besides welding washers on) And how do I make sure the front end is centered and not off to one side or the other?? Thank you in advance!!

That would happen due to the bolt coming loose. I would say either weld washers on in the middle of it or look at a similar truck to go off of.
