Thank you for replying primem. Yes I know that the original design sucks. All Mega Cab owners will agree to this. I am looking for a faster motor and or a better squirrel cage, that I can make mods with.

It's the design. I've got a buddy had an '08 Mega Hemi, I was in it when it was 3 days old and it couldn't cool the rear seating area worth a damn in 95* south Georgia heat...

Thanks Primem,
The voltage at the blower is something I did not check, but I will.

Thank you for the reply HammerZ71, You know from which you speak. I drive from down town Dallas almost to the Fort Worth city limit sign, before I cool off enough to stop sweating, 25-30 miles, typically. I have been using a clamp on, 12v, fan , hanging in front of the far passenger net. Helps some, pushing more of the cold air toward the center of the cab. Next I'm thinking to find an after market fan to install in front of condenser coil. I have not been able to find out the rpm on the factory blower, I want to find a motor with a few hundred rpm faster, also.

If anyone can tell me the actual rpm of the oem blower, would be great info to have.
Thanks to all for the input. JTatum
