Default Increasing Mega Cab ac air flow volume?

I know we all have poor ac systems, has there been any way found that will increase the the volume of air being delivered to the dash vents.
Is there a higher volume squirrel cage or blower motor available that will increase volume?

Mine blows fine. Are you sure you don't have a broken blend door blocking or restricting flow?

He has a Mega Cab. They're known for having poor air flow. The ones with dual air didn't have that problem.

Thanks for answering. All doors are working as designed.

I was unable to find any cabin filter to check. Was unable to locate a replacement part number for one, form any parts outlet.

Thanks Mike, but I do have dual air and the small vents in the back section are worthless. I think that having a squirrel cage that would push more volume and faster blower motor should be investigated, and implemented. This is what I'm looking for.

I believe my blower motor is about to go. Sometimes the motor quits and a bump in the road or a tap with my hand gets it started again. It's like the brushings are bad. My condenser fan motor did the same thing, after I replaced it I couldn't believe how much that fan's speed had degraded. I imagine a replacement blower mower would make a noticeable difference even if OEM.

Thanks Mega Cab Ram for your input. I have had to replace the blower motor last fall. The thing got to where the switch would not make it run in all speeds and I was ready to replace the dash switch. As I did my checks, I was lead to the motor itself. I bought one used in wrecking yard and it has been working as designed. All speeds are working. I just wish I could replace it and the squirrel cage with more powerful parts.I have a friend with a new Santafe , smaller SUV, the overall volume that is put out in it seems to be at least half again as much as mine. That's my goal. more air speed and volume.

So you think its running as designed but the design is crap?

is the full battery voltage being dropped across the blower motor?
