Default strange noise when turning

Im getting a sort of tire squealing when going around a corner, almost like brakes locking up on the front, also when traveling highway and hitting dip in road it shoots off to one side, anyone have this? 2002 ram 1500 4x4 4.7

With those size tires it's a pretty solid bet the wheel bearings are shot. You can pretty much check them by hand. With front end up in the air grab top and bottom of tire, if you get anything more than minimal play (basically if you can rock it), they are toast...

My current wheels are not in my sig. I sold that truck and couldn't find where to change it. Current truck is a 2002 ram 1500 4x4 with 4.7 running 315/70/17 and 4 inch rough country lift. Bigger tires so same still applies. Thanks guys I'll get it jacked up and see what I can find.
