Default Hard shift, reverse to drive

I bought an 05 ram back in May. The truck is in excellent condition. Has the 4.7 engine. Ever since i bought it, sometimes when shifting from reverse to drive or drive to reverse it shift kind of hard. It doesn't do it all the time and never does it after it has warmed up. It shift through all the forward gears great. I've checked all u joints and they're good.

Does anyone else's truck do this?

Mine does it when warm. And not all the time. Maybe due to the fluid being cold. Not sure. I would double check fluid level, and condition. Ever had a flush?

i dont' know if it's been changed or flushed yet. the book says it should of been changed at 60k, it's at 88k now, but i don't know if it's been done. the plan is to change it in the next couple weeks. i done my durango back in the spring, should be the same as it.
