Default 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 electrical issue?

I have a Ram 2500 Diesel that when driving between 30 and 45 you will hear a click then the circle around the D on the dash will flash then there is no power to the engine. This only lasts a few seconds but continues to do it for several miles. Dealer has replaced Throttle sensor and TIPM and it still acts up. They do not know what to do so I am hoping someone out there has had similar experience to help me out. I have put a video on You Tube of what truck is doing. Can't get link button to work so will have to copy & paste.

My guess would be low line pressure. Have you put a gauge on the test port?

Can you feel the loss of power? Or are you going by the rpm gauge?
