Rear wheel wells are rusting out on my 03 Ram...took it to the dealer asking about any recalls....any body else having this problem? Saw other trucks with the same problem...Thanks

Search around here, it is probably the most common complaint about these trucks. Not much you can do cheaply, unfortunately. Flares are your best option aside from cutting it out.

My 03 is rust free as well....after many winters with salted roads. Oiled yearly as well as full rear wheel liners installed when new.
