Hey guys,,,going a little goofy with this particular problem,,,about once a year I blow the downstream sensor on the exhaust (o2 sensor). Have used three different manufactors,,done twice under warranty,,now at least 3-4 times more on my own. It has the "after thought" little thermal blanket,,and the last two had blown the "heating coils". Is there a sub-board that the sensor connects to before heading over to the main computer? Has there been a new software update I've missed? Getting answers out of our local Dodge dealer,,,well they are not interested unless its to replace the truck with one of the "new modern,,updated versions" By the way,,,they are having a lot of trouble moving what they have off the lots in BC, Canada. Some of the local off-road boys are on the search for older trucks and that has cleaned out the market.. Hope someone has answers for my problem--thanks in advance----Cheers,,,ron

That looks very good. Pulled up the SB and the statement about the O2 module is very familiar. When this problem first happened one of the shop mechanics at the Dodge dealership mentioned it might be a "board".---it wasn't done by the way!---If Dodge issues a SB are they obligated to follow up if a customer out of warranty? Thanks for the quick follow-up- I'll let you know how Dodge handles this---Cheers, Ron
