Question: I have an '06 Ram 2500 MegaCab 4x4 5.9 Cummins 4 spd auto with the twisty **** on the dash for 4wd. It has worked flawlessly until the other day when I was driving at highway speed (55-60) The 4wd Lo light began flashing on its own. I slowed down as quickly as possible and it dropped in to low range. I sat on the side of the road and messed with it until I got it to go back into hi. It went crazy on the way home lights flashing on and off....later the transfer case was shifting on its own sitting in the drive with no key on or even in it. The truck has 200k+ I have since unplugged the transfer case so I can drive it. Any ideas?
