Just turned 170k on my 03 1500 5.7 Hemi, when should I start to get worried?

Just trying to see what kind of a life I can expect out of my vehicle? It just turned 170k, and I've babied it for the time I've had it, but just wondering what kind of life the 5.7's usually have? Ball joints and ehaust need replaced, but the engine and body are good. Should I start looking for a replacement soon, or do I have some time if I keep up with it?

Had a Durango with the 4.7 that got me over 200k, and would have done even better had I not been stupid and ignored sludge.

Anything special I can do to extend the life? Love the truck, but trying to think ahead.

If the engine has been properly maintained and continues to be properly maintained, no reason why you can't get double that mileage.

Wow - 340k? That's great to know. Nothing that creeps up on you with these trucks?

Valve springs. You're on borrowed time now.
