Default Clunk under the floor

I just bought a 2006 1500 a few days ago. I thought I did a very good inspection but I found a problem yesterday. With the radio off, I can hear and feel a chunk under the floorboard after I have turned the steering wheel either left or right. It occurs after I have turned the steering wheel and the wheel is returning to center. Has anyone had the same problem? If so, what did you do to cure it?
