Default 07 Fog Lights to install

Looking to do 1 of the 3 options:

Option 1 Dealer Factory Kit for $160.00

Option 2 New Factory Switch and Projectors like these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/02-08-Dodge-...-/131198473501

Option 3 New Factory Switch and install 1 22" curved LED bar in the black plastic strip in the 1500 Bumper.

Anyone done any of these? My fear with the LED bar is might be too bright but then again it might be mounted so it wont blind oncoming traffic...

Isn't the purpose to have more light? The fog lights will not compare at all to a light bar. Imo, factory fogs are for decoration mostly.

Oh its definitely to increase light output but more so to increase usable light output. If i have to keep it off to prevent blinding oncoming traffic then it really serves no function road purpose...

The factory fogs light up the ground closer to the truck, so that the head lights can be aimed a little higher. Mine make a big difference. The factory fogs are Hella and glass. Nice lights. I would go with the factory kit if it was me. Mine already had them from the factory.I run Silverstar Ultra bulbs in mine. They are quite bright.
