Default Keeping the HEMI running

So I have decided to keep the 03 2500 2wd as my daily driver. The vehicle has 298210 miles.
I'm looking to replace the heads or open to any recommendations to fix the infamous dropped seats. Mine never did this but it did break a valve spring many miles ago.
What about the following items:
Timing Chain and Tensioner - OEM or aftermarket?
Lifters - OEM or aftermarket?
Pushrods - OEM or aftermarket?

Why so you want to replace just the heads?

If you're going to go through all that on a pretty much 300,000 mile engine, yuo may as well rebuild it. Then you'll have fresh bottom end to go with the refreshed top end. All oem, but use the 6.1 timing set (they have better tensioners).
