Default Down Size Rims

I have a 2004 Rumble Bee with 20" rims.
I want to put on a set of Mickey Thompson 315/75/16. The tires fit but the problem is the rims. Will they fit if I add a wheel spacer?

17" is as low as you can go due to the brake calipers. No way around that.

I actually disagree with this. When I put my new rearend in my truck I put an extra set of stock Ram 16" aluminum rims from my 97 ram on the old diff to roll it around on. I did have the calipers off, but the caliper mounts were still on. No issues what so ever.

I would say, all you can do is try it! and then if need be mod it a bit. I'll see if I can get a pic of it with an extra set of my calipers on, its buried in a snow bank at the moment.

Newer trucks have bigger brakes. 17 or 20 inch is what they come with.
