Default Vibrating issues

Hi all. Having some problems that I hope someone on here may have had some experience with.
Started about a month an half ago. Truck vibrating while driving down the highway. Thought I had a low tire and so pulled off to check...nothing I could see.
Took into shop for balancing and alignment. Not much better. Have had harmonic balanced replaced. No improvement. Drive belt removed and vibration remains. Truck has also been checked for misfires but there are none showing
Truck will also vibrate in park. As the rpm increases so does the vibration. You can't really feel it if it is just revved up but it happens when held at a certain rpm.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Three shops and not much hope. Current shop suspects torque converter but they aren't convinced.

4.7L v8 2wd

Thanks all!!

Anyone have any ideas?

Spoke with a transmission shop and they said they have never had a torque converter cause a vibration. Unless it was the flex plate although I'm not sure dodge uses a flex plate or a two piece flywheel

Which model and model year is your truck? I can check for any TSB's that could be related to what you're experiencing.

It looks like TSB 19-002-12 may address this...is there any aftermarket equipment installed?

SUBJECT:
A Self-Sustaining Vibration (Shimmy) Of The Vehicle And Steering Wheel While Driving At Speeds Typically Above 50 MPH (80 KMH)

OVERVIEW:
Vehicles equipped with a solid front axle can be susceptible to steering shimmy. Often this condition is due to modifications to the vehicle that may involve aftermarket equipment that may not be compatible with the vehicle architecture or is not intended for on-road use. For original equipment, this condition can be corrected with routine inspection for properly maintained wheels and tires and replacement of damaged or worn components.

MODELS:
2003-2004 (DR) RAM 2500 Pickup
2005-2009 (DH) RAM 2500 Pickup
2006-2009 (D1) RAM 3500 Pickup
2007-2009 (DC) RAM 3500 Cab Chassis
2010-2012 (D2) RAM 3500 Pickup
2010-2012 (DJ) RAM 2500 Pickup
2011-2012 (DD) RAM 3500 Cab Chassis
1997- 2006 (TJ) Wrangler
2007-2012 (JK) Wrangler

NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with a solid front axle only.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may experience steering wheel vibration while driving typically above 50 MPH (80 KMH).

Thought that too. But shifting into gear you would think you would hear a bit of a clunk no?
