started my truck up as i left the store today and as i pulled out going no more then 5mph the truck shakes then just about stalls and then the idle goes back to normal and everything is fine what could this be?it seems to do this 5 to 15 times a month then everything is ok.my truck has new 02 sensors new plugs and new wires.what could be causing this?

5.7 no codes.no check engine light.

 

When I let up on the brake and start from a stop.. I swear i feel the engine shake like it is out of balance or something then as I start to get a few MPH it smooths out. Only time it happens is when I start to roll from a stop.. is this what you are talking about?

 

Try some sea foam in the tank. Clean the throttle body.

 

throttle body has beeen cleaned still does it.havent did the sea foam thing yet what does sea foam do?

 

Really good injector cleaner. Was the throttle body unplugged and removed to clean?

 

Can you take a video of whats going on?

 

I'm gonna go with vacuum issue. If you pull the break booster line and put your thumb over it I bet you can replicate the complaint.

 

Prismatic. That's where I was going. Also if the throttle body was unplugged. May want to reset the PCM.
