Have an 2003 dodge ram 1500. Brake light is stay on when, I crank the truck up. But the third brake light above the window work fine, just the two by the tail gate stay on. When, I turn the truck off brake light goes off. Plus cruise control doesn't work at all, since the brake light stays on. Done replace brakelight switch & brought to new circuit board panel for the tail light. Still didn't work. I'm thinking FCM module is bad. Has anybody run into this problem, if so. Plz let me know how to fix this problem.

 

If you have trailer wiring, that would be the first place I would suspect.
