Default warm start issue

I got a 2005 Ram 1500 with a 5.7, 113,000 miles first of December.Have had it back to local used dealer 1/2 dozen times. When cold it starts good, always runs great, but when warm(sit for 1-2 hrs after driving) will try to start, just get a burp (like 1 cylinder firing maybe) then have to crank over long time (or hold accel pedal down) till it starts, has set code 0306 (misfire on #6) couple of times, replaced CAMP sensor, #6 coil, spark plugs, throttle body,( all paid for by used dealer) taken to Dodge dealer who said programming was wrong ?? they re-flashed ECM, still the same,
anyone have a brilliant idea
Thanks

Try this, see if it helps, did on earlier dodges. Turn key to "on", count to 3, then try to start it. Sometimes the fuel system looses pressure, counting to 3 lets it pressurize for injectors.

Just a thought

^^^^^
Mine bleeds down when it sits for a while warm. I just treat it like a diesel, and do what fishin' says.
