Default need to install new radiator

Hey guys. Just ordered a osc rad from rockauto for 08 ram hemi. I hope its a decent brand. Looks like it from videos. Anyone have any install videos would like to try and do myself. Thx

Pretty easy job. Just tedious. Look up videos on you tube. Drain coolant, remove hoses, lines, Etc.

I replaced hoses and stat when I did mine. Had 60k when I did it. Only had a hole in the radiator but figured since I had it removed I'd do new hoses and stat for preventative maintenance. And I didn't want to replace the coolant and flush the system again.

yea I'm doing new hoses and stat is new last year. I hear there are trans lines that go into the rad?

If you have an automatic, yes. Transmission cooler is inside the radiator.

so what's the silver cooler in front of the rad? I thought that was trans cooler?

Could be an aux. cooler, or PS cooler, don't know. Have a look at yours and see where the trans cooler lines go.

So both OSC and CFS rads tell me there is no trans lines going into my rad. They said I have a separate cooler in front of rad which I do. Guess well see later when I install.
Went with CFS brand due to timing. Hopefully its a good one.
