Does anyone know if you put in a aftermarket radio if the controls from the steering wheel will work?

 

No radio I have ever installed allowed you to use the factory steering wheel controls. The best bet would be to contact the manufacturers of various aftermarket radios and ask them if any of their models support that. My guess would be no since every auto manufacturer would be different. I have been wrong before tho.
