I own an 03 dodge 1500 Reg. Cab. I went to Install my aftermarket radio and it appears that the previous owner cut the reverse wire harness off and all that I'm left with is wires. I hate riding withOut music. I would like to straight wire the radio but I have never done it before I'm sure it can't be to hard. Can anybody help and explain what I should do because I have no idea?????

You need a constant 12 volt source for the radio presets, a switched 12 volt source for the radio itself and a ground. A multimeter will help you identify which wires are ground and which are the switched and constant power sources. Got this off the web. Not sure if it applies to all sound systems or not.

just buy the adapter plug u need for new stereo and wire it in using the wire color match ups.. reverse wire harness??? u mean the wire harness..
