Default Turn signals stopped after installing HID kit

After installing a Bi-Xenon HID kit with resistors in my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 the front turn bulbs don't flash. The rears do. The front are LEDs also with resistors. The parking lights work. I tried the 4 way flashers and they worked until I started the truck. Then the front quit, the rear still flashed. After turning the truck off, the front still did not flash, and they have not worked since. When using the remote door lock button some times the front flash, mostly they don't. The HIDs work perfectly. They are hot wired directly from the battery with their kit. I called a Dodge dealer to see if the flasher went bad, they said flashers are connected left to right, not front to back. Without taking it in, they have no idea what happened. As a last resort, I'll bring it in. Any ideas on what could be causing the issue, and how to fix it?
