Carpet cleaning
I go to texas tech and me and some of my buddies did some tailgating before we stomped texas AM this last weekend. it was a good time but when we left we didnt want our coolers to get stolen so we put them in my cab. But now i have this problem my cab smells like rotten meat because i had 2 coolers full of it sitting for 5 hours. The whole thing smells and so does the AC was wandering if you guys had any ideas other than frebreeze. What to wash the cloth seats with to get the stink out.
Any help would be great

Ooh. That's bad. Real bad. You may never completely get rid of the odor, but you need to try a deep shampooing of the seats, preferably with something that uses steam or other forced, hot soap and water. You could try a Bissel steam cleaning machine, often found at Target stores and the like. Problem is it's really gonna soak the seats, but that's what you might need to do. Actually, I think the soaking with hot soap and water then a very thorough vacuuming of that solution back out of the material would work best.
I bet your dog loves the truck now!
Good luck.

I had some nasty smells in my truck after I had some wet towel in my truck over a weekend in blazing hot sun. Needless to say, it was unbearable. What I did was on the first nice day I left the windows open and soaked the truck with Febreze auto. It smells clean and not flowery. I also ran the truck for a while with the A/c on full blast with the windows open. This got rid of 99% of the smell. To get rid of the last bit I just picked up a good smelling "tree" airfreshener and hooked it around the middle seat handle for the underseat storage on the front seat. I left it there for a week and removed it. So far so good. Good luck.
Air it out. Even dead bodies stop smelling after awhile. If you are going to use chemicles try them in an un-obvious spot first. Don't want to change the color of your seats/carpet. Worst case scenario presure wash and soap the carpet, let it dry in the Texas sun and hope it smells better than rotten beef.
