Default clicking sound from diferential

I have a 2004 2500 hemi. I am getting a clicking sound from the rear end when I am turning left and accelerating or if I have my camper hocked taking off in a strait line. It is a open differential. I pulled the axels and checked the splines, also pulled the cover and checked the gears. They look good. Anyone else have this problem? sugestions? U joints seem to be tight. Maybe a bearing or antilock break problem. Thanks

around 124,000, I have ben driving it like this for 3 years. Only driven about 15,000 miles in that time. I would like to pull my camper on a long distance trip, so its time to fix. I have had the drive shaft out. Ill take it lose again to check. I thought the problem would eventually reveal itself.

At that mileage I would replace the u joints. Especially if you have the drive shaft out already. Go with a joint with grease fittings.
