Default Clicking sound front drivers side

06 2wd ram 1500

This is really pissing me off. There is new pads and rotors, new wheel bearing/hub assembly/ and new ball joints...

Yet STILL as I am driving at slower speeds there is a click click click almost not as fast as the tire rotates a full rotation. It does it driving on grass too so not a stone in the tread.

Brake pad clips are not hitting rotor. Dust shield has been removed so no stone between shield and rotor.

How can an essentially brand new front end be doing this !!

Please help

Anyone?

I replaced the wheel bearing hub assembly again just to see if they sold me a bad bearing it seemed to get quieter for a bit but a day later is now the same.

Dumb question, but if you jack it up and rotate the wheel does it still click?

I've had new aftermarket wheel hubs make a noise like that on both sides before. I went through 2 sets before I got good ones. It was on a Grand Cherokee I think. They came from Oreilly's maybe? The noise would not happen if the load was off the wheels

I never thought of a wheel weight, but with the offset of my rims they stick out pretty far. I'll have to check that out.

I find it hard to believe the original wheel bearing had the same noise then the new one had the same noise and then yet ANOTHER new one had the EXACT same noise. Possible but holy crap that would be rare.

And no you need weight on the vehicle and some speed (5mph or so) for it to start.

When the suspension absorbs a bump it clicks instantly regardless of where it is in its rythmic click click click sequence.

Stick on weights on the inside of the wheel possibility hitting the brake caliper.
