Power Windows
Randomly today all the power windows quit working including the driver window. I checked and replaced the fuse. No luck. The fuse is not blown. What I did notice is any time I hit one of the windows to roll them up, the green lights that luminates the buttons on the driver side will dissappear. I have to wiggle the harness around for them to turn back on. Any guesses on what this could be? This is a 2005 Ram 1500 quad. No clue why it randomly quit working while driving.

I have sort of the same problem, I can control both of my windows from the drivers switch, but passengers switch only works once in a blue moon. The green light is usually dead in it.
I went to the junkyard one day and drove into the Dodge Ram section & tried 4 switches on both sides of my doors and the same issue still exists, so I kept my original switches.
Kinda curious as to if its a door harness issue? I never really worry about it until I'm drinking and have to sit on the passengers side when my sober driver is driving lol.

BOOMCHALK: I see yours is working again. The fuse is F9, 40 amp. There is also a circuit breaker in the fuse panel in the dash, that is electrically wired in between the fuse and the driver's door switch. The circuit breaker resets itself. All power to the other switches is controlled by the driver's door switch. It would be a good idea to get inside that door and take a look at the wiring and connectors.
