Default LED HEADLIGHT BULB ISSUE! Help...

So I have bought led headlight bulbs with driver/ballast through CREE and am having an issue with the headlights flashing/flickering while truck is running when high beams are on sort of strobe. I can turn them on low beams with truck not running and seem to be ok.Also, Truck running with low beams each side seems to take turns (off then on) like almost repeat and they will stay lit but intermittant. This is only happening with headlights not fog lights. Now I . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

yesterday i installed some morimoto load resisters to each side and did not work at all!what i mean in op is that it continues doing the same thing so i am still reading to come up with a fix

now i am in the process to lean and ask for some help with my 2008 dodge ram 1500

Probably need a relay kit to power them directly from the battery.
