Cab light replacement
So I ordered some white LED lights to replace the amber cab lights on my 2500.
The lights I ordered are "plug-n-play", however, when I took the first cab light off I could see they are hard-wired and there aren't any existing light sockets.
I disconnected the positive battery terminal, and decided to splice in the new LED light.
AND HERE IS WHERE I EFFED UP...I left the LED light with bare, but connected, wires on the roof and reconnected the positive battery terminal, and saw the remaining amber lights light up, but not the LED. Then I adjusted the LED light (I think touching the bare wires to the roof) and all the amber lights went out. I spliced the first amber light back in, and now I have ZERO cab lights.
Is there a specific fuse that I may have blown?
Or did all the amber lights blow?
Or is there another reason the lights aren't working?
Any help is appreciated!

I didn't remove the headliner, I just unscrewed the light housings on top of the cab. The holes under the light housing are a little bigger than 2 fingers wide, so I'm not sure if this is OEM or aftermarket.
My new lights have a red (power) and black (ground) wires, and the existing wires in my truck are white w/grey stripe (power?) and black (ground?).

Fuse 16 (15 amp) in TIPM.
No individual connectors. They're all spliced together just above the rear view mirror behind the headliner.
WHITE/GRAY IS 12 VOLTS.
BLACK IS GROUND.
