Well I replaced the PCM when I got home from vacation and the truck fired up. Cruise doesn't seem to work every time, guess I'll just have to make sure it turns on before I get on the interstate.

 

Update: Cruise does not work. Light comes on dash below 50mph but will not set, at 50 light goes out. I replaced the front driver side hub, just happens I needed to anyways, but that didn't cure the cruise issue. I tested the rear abs/speed sensor and it's good (1.2), along with both the transmission sensors (0.6). At this point I'm assuming it's not activated in the PCM I replaced last Sept., I'm going to contact the dealer and see if it's something that can be activated.
