Hey guys, looking for some insight. The other day, I took off from a stop very quick, got a loud bang from trans area, lost gears and coasted to a gas station with the engine still running in drive. When I put it in park it made ratchet sound grinding noises. So I shut truck off quickly. I have lost all gears including park.

I noticed while waiting on tow truck that I dont even have park. And that the tcase shifter has extra play in it than before, but i can still hear it shift though the gears in the tcase.

The Trans was rebuilt about a year ago and still under warranty.

But after talking to the shop and what i have read online. Im starting to think that it might be the tcase that broke. What do yall think? If so what in the tcase broke. I can pull the tcase myself and open it up. Been inside them before.
